I have been studying Tai Chi Chu’an for over twenty five years and teaching it for over fifteen.

​

My style of teaching is calm, detailed, and very positive. I work closely with every student to help them realize their potential and to find their own way through all that Tai Chi has to offer. 

​

I want to make Tai Chi Chu’an available to as many people as possible of all ages, from all walks of life, and with any or no restrictions on their mobility or ability.

 

I have taught hundreds of students, including people in wheelchairs, kids in elementary school, and members of the Armed Forces.
 

Tai Chi opens a door to the possibility of living a life in balance by harmoniously integrating mind, body, and spirit.
